Gospel Arts Manna has launched its tv site, where you can see a few of the past community choir rehearsals. Shortly, we hope to be able to share some of our past events with you so stay tuned. Click on ’Theowaves’ then ’internet’ to be taken to Gospel Arts Manna’s dedicated channel or click on the above link. As the weeks go by you will see the chanel develop to include live shows on real life events. Programmes such as the educational series ’Learn to Sing Gospel’, the documentary programme showing how a community gospel choir rehearses in preparation for its events. Of course no channel is complete without a good quiz game and so ’Bible Bold’ will run whereby teams compete to win the most coveted title of the Bible Bold Scholars.
GMCC sings some of the Watford favourites such as Jerusalmen, Deep River, KumBaYa, Worthy and Trading My Sorrows.

The Gospel Manna Community Choir is happy to announce that it is working with Mama Chill to produce two gospel tracks for her new album to raise funds for ME. As a singer/songwriter and ME sufferer herself, Mama Chill commits all her time and effort into producing songs that acknowledge and encourage the weak and the suffering.
Location: Basildon SDA Church Clay Hill Road Basildon Essex In the first of a series of monthly events, the Gospel Manna Community Choir will be ministering through gospel to a selection of church groups around the southern parts of England. In conjunction with local minister, Pastor Terry Messenger, the mission is to show church groups how they can organise a gospel singing project that will benefit all ages in its local community. Terry’s message is ’Joy’ and the choir will be ministering 3 songs: ’My Song of Praise’, ’My Exceeding Joy’ and ’Draw Me Nearer’.
Shakarla & her brother Carlon sing to their mother on Mother’s Day, a song written by Shakarla. Parents Carl & Sharon Ferguson are very proud of their children and are hoping to share Sharon’s gift from her daughter with every mother and mother-to-be. Carl said, "It brought a tear to my eye when I heard Shakarla singing her song to her mother on Mother’s day morning, I had to do something to capture such a wonderful moment." Location: Old Free School George Street Watford Herts WD18 0BX Jazz sensation, Cleveland Watkiss is visiting Gospel Arts Manna to run a tuition class in jazz singing, improvisation, voice technique and voice maintenance. Cleveland is a virtuoso singer, an actor and composer and studied at both the London School of Singing and Guildhalls School of Music & Drama. Bookings for this special class is presently being taken and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Gospel Jazz is so refreshing to why not put your vocals to the test.
1A Fornham Road Bury St Edmunds IP32 6AH The Gospel Manna Community Choir are ministering in the 3rd of its monthly series of evangelistic tour around the South of England. Three songs will be rendered by the choir in conjunction with the sermon entitled ’True Faith’ by Pastor Terry Messenger. The songs to be ministered by the choir are ’Lord, I Believe In You’, ’Jesus, Take the Wheel’ and ’I Believe God’. The musician for the day is Tony Alphonse.

Location: Hyde Park London The New English Orchestra & singers have been invited to take part in the Pope’s visit to London and so will be ministering with two other gospel choirs from the UK. You will be able to keep up with the day’s events on Sky News between 5pm and 8pm. The NEO recordings will also be shown on Sky on demand.

Location: Harlow Essex Susan is preaching in Harlow SDA church in the morning followed by an afternoon program in vocal skills and will be offering tuition to willing volunteers.

In rememberance of her valuable contribution to the choir, special songs chosen by her family will be sung by the Gospel Manna Community Choir during the church service, the crematorium and at the after-burial gathering.

Join Gospel Arts Manna as the Community Choir perform, and then afterwards, as GAM take a workshop specifically to teach the local community how to sing gospel. But thats not all, Hemel Hempstead School is the place to be if you cannot wait for carnival time to experience the sounds of the steel pans. Location: Royal Crescent Band Stand Victoria Park Bath BA1 Admission cost: FREE Join the Bath community on a series of 4 dates: 1 June, 19 July, 10 August and 14 September 2008 to hear testimonies from the UK's most notorious ex-criminals who have surrendered their lives over to the Lord. Music will come from Linda Jenna, Nicola, Raschan Bar and Susan Watt. Testimonies will come from Steve Cattell an ex-burglar who was responsible for 8,000 crimes each year. Testimonies will also come from Davey Falcus an ex-gangster who had committed thousands of crimes each year against state and mankind. These are just two of the guys who will testify to the powerful change meeting Christ has made in their lives and share why their crimes did not pay.
